Thai Swedish Fusion
RMT
A unique blend of ancient Thai therapeutic traditions and flowing Swedish bodywork — deeply restorative and unlike anything you've experienced before.
The session unfolds as a journey: Thai pressure techniques along the energy lines of the legs and feet awaken circulation from the ground up. A warm towel and singing bowl signal a shift, as the treatment moves into a flowing Swedish back massage, working deeply into muscles softened by heat.
Turning over, Thai-style stretching and compression open the hips, thighs, and legs — releasing and revitalising. The session closes with a warm towel over the face and a slow Swedish neck and scalp massage, leaving you completely unwound from head to toe.

Hot and Cold Stone Massage

Smooth heated basalt stones melt tension at a depth hands alone can't reach — grounding, restorative, and deeply therapeutic. Massage experienced as ritual.
Your session opens with a warm towel and singing bowl before heated stones are introduced, gliding along the muscles to soften tissue from within. Your therapist works in a flowing Swedish style — using both stones and hands to release layers of tension that feel gentle despite going deep.
Optional contrast therapy is available for those who want more: alternating hot and cold stones stimulates circulation, eases inflammation, and invigorates the body.
As always, pressure, focus areas, and extras are entirely your call.
Hot and Cold Stone Head Neck & Shoulder
RMT
A focused treatment dedicated to where most of us carry the weight of our days — the back, shoulders, neck, scalp, and face. Combining heat, cold contrast, and the ancient art of gua sha, this is as much for the mind as the body.
Your session begins face-down: a warm towel and singing bowl settle the nervous system before heated basalt stones work deeply into the back, shoulders, and neck — unwinding the tension that gathers so readily here.
Turning over, the focus shifts to pure restoration. A warm towel melts tightness from the jaw and temples, hot stones ease the neck, and a slow scalp massage brings deep, unhurried calm.
The treatment closes with the face: cold stones calm inflammation and awaken circulation, hot stones open the tissue, and a cold gua sha stone sculpts and encourages lymphatic flow — leaving skin visibly refreshed and facial muscles deeply released. A final wave of warmth to the neck and shoulders, and a gentle closing scalp massage, bring everything to a quiet

TMJD Massage
RMT
Chronic jaw tension, clicking, headaches, ear pain, difficulty chewing — TMJD is incredibly common, yet one of the most underserved conditions in manual therapy. This specialized treatment targets the root muscular causes with precision and genuine therapeutic intent.
Work begins at the shoulders and neck, releasing tension that directly influences jaw function and laying the foundation for everything that follows. Your therapist then moves to the scalp and face, softening tissue around the jaw and temples before a warm towel prepares the deeper muscles for more specific work.
A gentle scalp release technique reduces tension held across the cranium, followed by careful ear mobilization — drawing the tissue surrounding the temporomandibular joint in multiple directions to create space and reduce compression.
The heart of the treatment targets the key muscles of jaw dysfunction: the masseter, pterygoids, palatine, and hyoid muscles. Work is performed both externally and intraorally — your therapist will always explain what they're doing and ensure you're comfortable throughout. The session closes with a return to the neck, integrating all the work done.
Lasting change with TMJD rarely happens in the treatment room alone. You'll leave with a personalized home care sheet — exercises and self-care techniques to use between sessions, walked through with you before you go.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) RMT
If you've been living with chronic pain, restricted movement, or an injury that won't fully heal, IASTM may be exactly what your body needs.
IASTM uses specially designed tools to work more deeply into soft tissue than hands alone can reach. The instruments glide over the skin to detect and treat areas affected by scar tissue, adhesions, and restriction — then break them down using cross-fibre friction techniques. This reintroduces a controlled stimulus to the area, promoting blood flow and restarting the body's own healing process in tissue that may have been stuck for months or years.
This treatment can help with a wide range of conditions, including lower back pain, rotator cuff issues, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, and headaches.
What to Expect: Some discomfort during the session is normal, and you may notice mild soreness or redness in the treated area afterward — both are healthy signs that the healing process has been activated and typically settle quickly. Icing the area for 15–20 minutes post-session can ease any sensitivity.
Targeted. Evidence-based. Built for lasting results.
